Cypress Hills House

Conceptual design for the renovation of an approximately 1600 SF two-story, two-family, wood-framed house located in Cypress Hills. The design aims to blend the traditional nature of the existing house with a contemporary lifestyle and involves modifications to the rear yard extension, reconfiguration of the interior spaces, and renovations of all bathrooms and kitchens in the building. The exterior facade will be restored based on the historic precedents of the wood frame houses in the 19th century.
