The proposal for the Windsor Terrace Townhouse includes an approximately 600 sf addition on the roof of the existing two-story, two-family brick townhouse. The new addition will seamlessly blend a contemporary aesthetic with the traditional nature of the existing house. The project also involves the reconfiguration of the garden level extension to include a kitchen and laundry room, and create a direct connection to the cellar storage space.
